Corporate Investigator, Enterprise Protection Program

About the role

The Corporate Investigator supports the Enterprise Protection Program by examining incidents of theft, fraud, vandalism, and policy violations across global sites. Working under the GI Regional Manager, the investigator uses technology, analytical methods, and interview techniques to protect people, information, and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Review CCTV footage, access‑control logs, and other data sources to identify behaviours, root causes, and evidence.
• Manage a caseload of multiple investigations, prioritising tasks and escalating complex matters as needed.
• Collect, document, and preserve video, images, documents and other evidence in a structured workflow.
• Interview victims, witnesses and persons of interest using non‑coercive, open‑ended questioning.
• Investigate both external threats and internal incidents such as asset theft, intellectual‑property loss, and vandalism.
• Utilise a cloud‑based case management system to track investigations, analyse trends and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare written reports, maintain metrics and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to empathise and build rapport.
• Ability to manage overlapping deadlines and work collaboratively with senior investigators.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and risk‑management best practices.
