Corporate Finance Manager

About the role

The Corporate Finance Manager leads financial planning, analysis and operational activities to support strategic decisions and maintain long‑term financial health. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, regulatory reporting and the month‑end close while partnering with business units to drive profit‑maximising strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop budgets, forecast performance and analyse financial statements to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Review and validate expenditure requests, monitor budget utilisation and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, ensure compliance with accounting standards and coordinate regulatory filings.
• Oversee accounting procedures including month‑end close, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets and payroll, and approve balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Collaborate with auditors, external stakeholders and internal departments to achieve financial objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting operations.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CFA or CMA preferred.
