Corporate Finance Manager (CPA)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, reporting, and finance operations for a global shared services organization. You will work closely with senior management and different business teams to drive financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Analyze financial results, variances, trends, and business performance.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and financial models for management.
• Monitor budgets and control spending across departments.
• Oversee month‑end close and accounting operations, including AP, AR, fixed assets, payroll, and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial and regulatory reporting.
• Review financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and controls.
• Work closely with auditors, external stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of finance and accounting experience.
• Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and accounting operations.
• Experience managing month‑end close and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• CPA highly preferred; CMA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems.
• Financial analysis tools and financial modeling expertise.
