Corporate English Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, people‑oriented professional to elevate our team’s English language skills. The role is fully remote, based in the Philippines, and involves delivering engaging group and one‑on‑one online classes while aligning with HR development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and group English language training sessions for employees.
• Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials tailored to team needs.
• Coach employees on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, accent clarity and introduce relevant CRO/tech terminology.
• Lead workshops on English grammar, communication skills, presentations and public speaking.
• Track learner progress, provide assessments, adapt teaching methods and share weekly progress reports.
• Prepare weekly lesson plans, schedule and reschedule sessions, and ensure reliable delivery.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to address training needs and align lessons with projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as an ESL instructor, preferably with Eastern European or Asian learners.
• Excellent written and spoken English (CEFR C2‑level or equivalent).
• Independent, accountable and professional attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Creative, adaptable and detail‑oriented with a growth mindset.

Required skills

• Basic web development terminology (e.g., HTML).
• Familiarity with CRO/tech vocabulary is a plus.
