Corporate Communications Staff

About the role

The Corporate Communications Staff will act as the liaison between the company, media partners and event sponsors, ensuring smooth execution of corporate events and media activities. This role supports the PR team by managing event logistics, maintaining media relations, and tracking the performance of communication initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with media groups and sponsors during corporate events, overseeing event logistics and media unit management.
• Monitor the PR calendar and assist in planning, developing, and executing media and marketing events.
• Conduct post‑event evaluations, prepare status reports, and provide insights for future improvements.
• Maintain and regularly update the database of media contacts and publications.
• Support day‑to‑day media relations activities, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Organizational Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in public relations and events management; automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize multiple events and campaigns.
• Creative, resourceful, and analytical mindset.
• Valid driver’s license.
