Corporate Communications & Government Relations Associate

About the role

We are looking for an Associate to support Bosch Philippines in both corporate communications and government relations. The role will help shape internal and external messaging, manage stakeholder relationships and assist the executive team with strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand and corporate communications materials such as press releases, blog articles, social media posts, and internal newsletters.
• Organise and support events including town‑hall meetings, brand activities and executive visits.
• Maintain the company website and intranet, and monitor communication metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
• Act as the primary contact for the regional communications team.
• Represent Bosch’s interests with chambers, associations and government agencies, and conduct market research on trade policy, geopolitics, road safety and electrification.
• Coordinate advocacy projects and support business development initiatives.
• Prepare presentation decks, briefing materials and reports for executive and leadership engagements.
• Consolidate inputs from internal departments for executive updates and assist in planning leadership events.

Required profile

• Degree in communications, business management, marketing, public affairs, law or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in corporate communications, corporate affairs or government affairs.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Self‑driven, highly motivated and able to work across organisational boundaries.
