Controllership Manager – CAPEX & OPEX Financial Control

About the role

The Controllership Manager will support the Deputy CFO of Cleanergy 9 in overseeing capital and operating expenditure initiatives. You will provide financial analysis, cost management, and reporting for CAPEX projects and OPEX, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Manage CAPEX and OPEX financial control, reporting, and cost tracking.
• Perform project cost management and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate financial reports.
• Enhance processes for cost monitoring and identify red‑flags or policy deviations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Deep understanding of cost management, cost accounting, budgeting, and change management.
• Proven ability to allocate budgets, establish cost baselines, and monitor cost variances.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and mitigating project risks.
