About the role
The Controller will lead the finance department, ensuring accurate financial planning, recording, reporting and compliance. This senior role requires strong strategic insight and a solid accounting background.
Key responsibilities
- Plans, organizes, leads and controls various activities of the finance department.
- Oversees financial planning, control and development initiatives.
- Manages financial recording and reporting processes.
- Ensures compliance monitoring and reporting in line with national and local regulations.
Required profile
- Degree in Accountancy; must be a CPA with related postgraduate studies.
- At least five years of experience in finance or accounting positions.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Required skills
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
What we offer
- Competitive salary range of 70,000 – 90,000.
- Work schedule: Monday‑Friday 08:00‑17:00, Saturday 08:00‑12:00.
- Location in Davao City.
