Controller / Admin Manager

About the role

The Controller / Admin Manager will support the Senior Managing Director and oversee the accounting and administrative functions of BH Properties remotely, working during standard US Pacific Time business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Philippines team handling contractor invoices, property assignments, and performance monitoring.
• Provide oversight of the accounting function in the Philippines and identify process enhancements.
• Support and implement process‑improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate training, onboarding, and off‑boarding activities.
• Deliver high‑level accounting and administrative support to the Senior Managing Director.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• CPA certification and Latin honors (cum laude, magna cum laude, summa cum laude) required.
• Minimum 10 years of audit/accounting experience at a Big 4 firm, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of prioritizing and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and team‑player attitude.
