Content Strategist – Brand Marketing & Communications

About the role

Marie France Group is seeking a seasoned Content Strategist to shape the future of its beauty and wellness portfolio. You will translate market, consumer, and business insights into data‑driven content strategies that boost brand equity, customer acquisition, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated content strategies across paid, owned, and organic digital channels.
• Convert business and consumer insights into compelling content plans that drive acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.
• Create content frameworks that reinforce brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, media, and cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Recommend and manage content approaches involving brand ambassadors, KOLs, and influencers.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies using data and market trends.
• Evaluate media investments and campaign costs, proposing more efficient approaches.
• Stay ahead of emerging consumer behaviors, digital trends, AI innovations, and the evolving beauty and wellness landscape.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Content Strategist, Communications Strategist, Brand Planner, or a similar role.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, FMCG, or agency environments is highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable content strategies.
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end content projects and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
