Contact Center Professional – Fixed Term

About the role

Join ING's Retail Banking Operations team as a Contact Center Professional. You will interact with customers across chat, phone, video, email and messaging platforms, helping them manage everyday banking needs while delivering a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality service across multiple communication channels.
• Assist customers with payments, cards, online banking and other routine banking products.
• Process requests accurately, adhering to regulatory and procedural standards.
• Manage end‑to‑end resolution of inquiries and complaints.
• Identify and correct system‑generated responses when required.
• Support productivity, quality and turnaround‑time targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
• Apply risk and compliance standards in daily operations.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement and operational‑excellence initiatives.

Required profile

• College degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in banking, shared services or a BPO environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Capability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
