Construction Senior Manager – Large‑Scale CAPEX Projects

About the role

The Construction Senior Manager will lead large‑scale capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, including new facility construction, site expansions, and complex engineering initiatives for Zenith Foods. This senior position oversees the full project lifecycle, ensuring quality, cost, safety, and schedule targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead feasibility, design, budgeting, construction, commissioning, and turnover of multi‑site projects.
• Develop and deploy engineering standards, project management tools, and best practices across the organization.
• Formulate project schedules, cost estimates, risk assessments, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Procurement, R&D, Manufacturing, Legal, Facilities, and external partners.
• Oversee contractor and vendor performance, ensuring compliance with design specs, safety regulations, and permitting requirements.
• Provide technical leadership across civil/structural, mechanical, utilities, and construction disciplines.
• Drive issue resolution, cost control, change management, and capability building for the project engineering team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (licensed engineer).
• At least 10 years of managerial and technical experience in factory/industrial engineering or construction management within the food or FMCG sector.
• Proven track record managing multi‑billion‑peso CAPEX or large‑scale facility projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
