Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Construction Project Manager to lead projects from planning through to completion. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from inception to close‑out.
• Develop and monitor project timelines, schedules, budgets, and manpower requirements.
• Supervise site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Ensure construction activities meet approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor progress, control costs, and manage resources efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess workmanship, safety, and overall progress.
• Identify and resolve issues, delays, and technical concerns.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation.
• Coordinate procurement, delivery of materials, equipment, and manage project variations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage projects from planning to completion.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Willingness to conduct site visits, travel and work on‑site as required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEPF plans.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with project management software.
