Construction Project Manager

About the role
The Construction Project Manager will lead construction initiatives from concept through hand‑over, ensuring that each project meets quality, schedule and budget expectations. This role collaborates closely with design teams, contractors and clients to deliver successful outcomes in the construction sector.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from start to finish, monitoring progress and performance.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets aligned with client objectives.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Identify, assess and manage project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of construction industry regulations and best practices.
