Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Construction Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end store opening projects, ensuring each new retail space is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will shape innovative store concepts that reflect regional characteristics and support the brand’s e‑commerce integration.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, procure, construct, and manage cost & quality for new store openings and renovations.
• Develop and implement new store formats and concepts focused on customer experience and sustainability.
• Translate store‑opening strategies into detailed designs, sales‑floor layouts, and construction plans.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee swift, reliable store launches.
• Standardise building systems for operational efficiency and long‑term store performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years overseeing all phases of new store development or renovation, preferably in a global or overseas context.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Practical experience in architectural design, interior design, or construction management within retail, food‑service, or similar industries.
• At least 3 years of BIM implementation, business transformation, or system development experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience using Adobe software.
• Hands‑on BIM expertise, preferably Revit.
