Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. The role ensures projects meet quality, cost, and schedule targets while complying with design, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end construction projects from planning and design coordination through execution and turnover.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and construction deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, quality, and compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Review project plans, drawings, and technical documents for alignment with business requirements.
• Identify project risks, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Prepare status reports, updates, and recommendations for management review.

Required profile

• Licensed Architect or professional qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in construction project management, site development, or building facilities management.
• Proven track record of handling construction projects from planning to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building standards, and project coordination.
