Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead and supervise construction projects across the Philippines. The role involves technical oversight, coordination, and ensuring that all work meets design specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical, organizational and supervisory direction on construction sites.
• Micromanage project activities, coordinate all parties, and ensure materials and workmanship comply with specifications.
• Direct site staff, supervise labor force, and manage day‑to‑day site operations.
• Plan work schedules, organize site facilities, and meet agreed deadlines.
• Prepare regular progress reports and resolve unexpected technical issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and take corrective actions when necessary.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering professional license (Board/Bar/Professional License Exam passed).
• Minimum five years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a reputable construction firm.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and complete projects independently.
• Willingness to be assigned to any location within the Philippines.
