Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Construction Project Manager to lead large residential developments, including single‑family homes, townhomes, and low‑ to mid‑rise multi‑family projects. The role spans the full project lifecycle from pre‑construction engineering through completion and quality assurance, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑construction engineering, logistical planning, subcontracting, design work, and value engineering.
• Oversee project execution: scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, safety compliance, and quality control/assurance.
• Manage subcontractor relationships to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
• Drive project progress through effective communication, coordination, and conflict resolution.
• Utilize project management software to track milestones, budgets, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to meet client expectations.
• Participate in developing departmental tools, processes, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's a plus).
• 1‑4 years of project management experience in construction, preferably residential.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining detail orientation.
• Willingness to travel and work on‑site as needed.
