About the role
We are looking for a Construction Project Helper to support our construction sites on a daily basis. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience working alongside skilled tradespeople in a dynamic, outdoor environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with day‑to‑day operations of construction projects.
- Provide skilled tradespeople with the tools and materials they need.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on site.
- Follow instructions from project managers and supervisors.
- Participate in site preparation and post‑work cleanup activities.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Entry‑level; no prior construction experience required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of construction tools.
- Familiarity with safety protocols.
