Construction Project Coordinator

About the role

Terabase Energy is building an automated platform for large‑scale solar projects. As a Construction Project Coordinator you will support the delivery of customer projects by linking project management, drone flight operations, and data teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line operational support for drone flight operations, escalating staffing changes, delays, or SLA risks to senior leadership.
• Coordinate pilot schedules, customer deliverables, and documentation compliance for each flight.
• Maintain data integrity and organization across internal tools such as Cora, project‑management platforms, JIRA, Slack, and other workflow systems.
• Manage invoicing, documentation, and routine administrative updates to keep delivery on track.
• Identify and communicate operational risks before they impact project timelines.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Proactive in balancing competing priorities and escalating issues early.

Required skills

• Experience with JIRA.
• Proficiency in Slack for workflow communication.
• Familiarity with project‑management software (e.g., Cora or similar platforms).
• Understanding of drone flight coordination and documentation processes.
