Construction Manager – Project Planning & Site Supervision

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of construction projects. Working closely with architects, surveyors and engineers, you will ensure each build progresses safely, on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate projects from start to finish, managing schedules, costings and budgets.
• Organise procurement of materials and equipment required for construction.
• Recruit, supervise and manage staff and subcontractors assigned to the project.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, including labour supervision, subcontractor monitoring, material checks, work inspection and quality control.
• Set benchmarks, agree budgets and monitor progress to ensure timely and on‑budget delivery.
• Review design documents with architects, surveyors and engineers.
• Promote and maintain health and safety standards through regular site inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Willingness to be assigned to the project site location.
