Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Manager to lead the execution of civil works, stations, viaducts, and trackwork for a major railway infrastructure project in Southeast Asia. The role demands strong technical expertise, coordination across multiple stakeholders, and a commitment to safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee on‑site execution of civil structures, stations, viaducts, and track installation.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with approved plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor daily progress, manpower, equipment, and material logistics.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and interface conflicts promptly.
• Lead construction coordination meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of construction management experience on railway or metro projects.
• Proven leadership and contractor supervision abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with both elevated and at‑grade rail systems.
