Construction Manager – El Nido, Palawan

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of construction projects in El Nido, Palawan. Reporting directly to the Construction Project Head, you will ensure that personnel, equipment, and materials are ready and that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project staff and hired personnel, allocating resources to meet project requirements.
• Ensure all works are performed accurately, efficiently, on time, and in line with company procedures.
• Conduct inductions and training on the Business Management System and keep the Project Management Manual up to date.
• Promote the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values throughout the project team.
• Execute projects according to tender methodology or approved processes and obtain necessary approvals.
• Motivate the project team and subcontractors to achieve safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Organise regular site meetings with staff, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to discuss progress, variations, and coordination.
• Develop and monitor project KPIs to track critical activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on similar projects.
• Strong ability to manage staff, subcontractors, and resources.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Preferred but not required: military background.
• Ability to obtain timely approvals and ensure compliance with company procedures.
