Construction Insurance & Surety Supervisor

About the role

The Construction Insurance & Surety Supervisor will manage all insurance and surety obligations for our construction projects in Calabarzon. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that policies, bonds and related documentation are compliant, current, and aligned with project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts to identify insurance and surety requirements.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and surety companies for policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims.
• Process claims, endorsements and maintain accurate records of all insurance and bond documents.
• Collaborate with project management, finance and legal teams to assess risk exposure and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Supervise and mentor staff handling insurance documentation, monitor service levels and drive process improvements.
• Ensure timely renewal of policies and bonds to protect company assets and project schedules.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory and mentoring abilities.
• Solid knowledge of construction‑related insurance and surety products, processes and regulations.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external coordination.
• Advanced analytical capability for risk evaluation and policy review.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field; relevant certifications a plus.
• Experience in construction, real estate or infrastructure projects with exposure to insurance and surety management.
• Ability to work on‑site in Calabarzon, handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Required skills

• MS Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with insurance documentation systems.
• Experience using ERP tools for insurance and surety processes.
