About the role
We are seeking a Construction Engineer specialized in Project Management to join our Iloilo office. You will coordinate demolition projects, work closely with project leaders, and ensure efficient delivery through careful scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate demolition and construction activities from the Iloilo office.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and documentation.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams.
- Support project leaders in tracking progress and resolving issues.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with contracts.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, construction administration, or operations coordination.
- At least 2 years of contracts administration experience.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Proven capacity to handle several projects at once.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using job‑management software such as Groundplan or Ascora (or similar).
