Company Physician (Reliever) – Iloilo

About the role

The Company Physician (Reliever) provides occupational health services, medical consultations, and emergency care to employees on a reliever/on‑call basis. You will work in the company clinic, ensuring high‑quality healthcare, promoting wellness, and supporting safety programs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct medical consultations, assessments, and treatment for work‑related and general health concerns.
• Diagnose and manage common illnesses and injuries within occupational medicine and general practice.
• Provide first aid, emergency medical care, and patient stabilization before referral or transport.
• Support occupational health programs, monitor employee health conditions, and participate in workplace risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records and prepare required reports and referrals.
• Deliver health education, wellness consultations, and preventive healthcare activities.
• Promote healthy lifestyle practices and advise on disease prevention, health maintenance, and ergonomics.

Required profile

• Licensed Physician with a valid PRC license; newly licensed physicians are welcome.
• Relevant experience in occupational health, corporate healthcare, industrial medicine, hospital practice, or general medicine.
• BCOM Certificate is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and emergency medical response.
