Company Physician

About the role

The Company Physician provides comprehensive health care services to airline ground staff and flight crew, ensuring medical fitness for employment and operational safety. This position involves routine examinations, emergency response, and implementation of health policies within a leading Asian airline.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver immediate medical assistance to sick or injured employees.
• Conduct daily consultations and treatments for ground employees and selected flight crew.
• Perform annual physical examinations for ground staff and exit medical evaluations for retiring personnel.
• Implement and enforce policies on sick‑leave authorization, medical clearances, and grounding of flight crew.
• Set pre‑employment medical standards and conduct related examinations.
• Participate in lectures, seminars, and continuing medical education.
• Maintain healthcare, sanitation, and communicable‑disease prevention programs.
• Execute special projects and provide medical care to employees’ dependents.
• Ensure compliance with airline safety and security management systems.

Required profile

• Licensed Doctor of Medicine.
• 2–3 years of clinical practice experience.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends.
