Company Nurse / Occupational Health Nurse (Multiple Sites)

About the role

The Company Nurse will deliver onsite clinical care across multiple sites in Taguig and Makati, supporting the organization’s health and safety initiatives. This position involves providing first‑aid, emergency response, and routine medical support to employees while coordinating with external healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical care, first aid, and emergency response on site.
• Manage daily clinic operations and oversee workplace health activities.
• Support and implement occupational health and safety programs.
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers for employee medical needs.
• Promote employee wellness through preventive health initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• PRC‑licensed registered nurse.
• BOSH certification (OHNAP or UP‑accredited).
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Occupational Health Nurse or Company Nurse in Taguig, or 3 years bedside nursing experience in Makati.

Required skills

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
• BOSH (Occupational Health) certification.
• First‑aid and emergency response proficiency.
