Company Nurse – Night Shift (Corporate/BPO)

About the role

Lean Solutions Group is seeking a dedicated Company Nurse to provide on‑site medical care and health support for its employees, primarily during night‑shift operations in a corporate and BPO environment. The role combines clinical duties, health‑benefits administration and safety compliance to promote employee well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver basic medical care, first aid and clinical assessments for work‑related and non‑work‑related health issues.
• Conduct pre‑employment, annual physical (APE) and return‑to‑work examinations.
• Monitor employee health conditions, refer to hospitals or clinics when needed, and maintain 24/7 clinic readiness.
• Administer HMO enrollment, profile updates and claims coordination; liaise with external healthcare providers.
• Maintain confidential employee medical records in line with privacy laws and ensure compliance with DOLE occupational health standards.
• Support workplace safety initiatives, ergonomics awareness and health risk assessments.
• Manage clinic inventory of medicines, supplies and equipment.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Company Nurse or Occupational Health Nurse, preferably in a corporate/BPO setting.
• Willingness to work full‑time night‑shift schedule.
• Professional, compassionate and able to remain calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Basic clinical assessment and emergency first‑aid capabilities.
• Medical record‑keeping and data‑privacy maintenance.
• Knowledge of occupational health standards and DOLE compliance.
• HMO coordination and liaison with healthcare providers.
• Clinic inventory management for medicines and equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) or similar digital documentation tools.
