Company Nurse

About the role

Provide first‑aid treatment and emergency nursing care to employees, both for work‑related and non‑work‑related conditions, while managing the company clinic and supporting occupational health programs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑aid and emergency nursing care on‑site and via telehealth.
• Conduct nursing assessments, coordinate follow‑up care and referrals.
• Prepare monthly physicians’ attendance reports for billing.
• Manage clinic inventory, equipment and medication supplies.
• Coordinate with HMOs, hospitals and external healthcare providers.
• Arrange transportation for home or hospital referrals and conduct home visits when needed.
• Assist in implementing wellness initiatives, health education and disease‑prevention campaigns.
• Support compliance with occupational safety and health regulations and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• BSN degree and active RN license.
• 1–3 years nursing experience, preferably in occupational health or corporate wellness.
• Certification in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) or willingness to obtain it.
• Current BLS/CPR/First‑Aid certification.
• Knowledge of Philippine DOLE OSH standards and HMO coordination.

Required skills
