About the role
The Company Nurse provides first‑aid, medical assistance and health management for employees in the workplace. This role ensures health records are accurate, confidential, and supports occupational health compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance for illnesses, injuries, and workplace emergencies.
- Assess employee health concerns, coordinate referrals, and monitor health conditions.
- Maintain accurate medical records, clinic supplies, medicines, and equipment.
- Assist in compliance with occupational health and safety requirements and support health‑wellness programs.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse (RN) with ONHAP certification.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably as a Company or Occupational Health Nurse.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
