Company Nurse

About the role

The Company Nurse is the primary healthcare provider for the corporate clinic, delivering immediate medical services and promoting employee health and safety. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a healthy, productive workplace while ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑aid treatment, conduct vital‑sign assessments, perform health interviews, and dispense medication.
• Accompany employees to hospital referrals and facilitate communication with families and medical staff.
• Prepare and submit injury reports to HR and maintain accurate medical histories.
• Assess employee health status and issue nursing recommendations, including fitness‑for‑work evaluations.
• Conduct regular workplace rounds to identify and mitigate health and safety hazards.
• Educate staff on safety awareness through training initiatives.
• Act as an Occupational Health Advisor for exposure risk assessments and recovery plans.
• Generate monthly and annual health monitoring reports to meet governmental requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with an active PRC Nursing License.
• Pass medical screening and maintain good health.
• Strong interpersonal communication and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Preferably experience in industrial settings and completion of Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training (BOSH).
• Fresh graduates and newly registered nurses are welcome.
