Company Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Company Nurse to promote and maintain employee health and safety within our workplace. The role involves delivering first‑aid and emergency care, managing health records, and supporting wellness initiatives while ensuring compliance with local health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical assistance to employees.
• Monitor employee health and maintain confidential medical records.
• Conduct health assessments, wellness programs, and health‑education activities.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, DOH, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
• Monitor workplace health and safety conditions and participate in emergency preparedness.
• Coordinate employee medical referrals, annual physical exams, and HMO‑related concerns.
• Prepare health and safety reports and manage the company clinic.
• Support HR in pre‑employment medical assessments and other health‑related requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Company/Industrial Nurse.
• Preferably completed 40‑hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training accredited by DOLE.
• Knowledge of HMO administration and government‑mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
