Company Nurse

About the role

The Company Nurse provides primary health services within the organization, ensuring the wellbeing of employees and other stakeholders. Working on‑site, the nurse delivers first‑aid, health education and maintains confidential medical records.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general clinic duties and provide compassionate care to employees.
• Administer first‑aid to injured or ill staff members.
• Educate workers on work‑related illnesses, injuries and preventive measures.
• Adhere to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) occupational health and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate clinic records with strict confidentiality.
• Prepare and submit regular health and work‑related reports.
• Provide administrative support to the health department and undertake other assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse.
• At least one year of experience in a company or hospital setting (fresh graduates and recent board passers are also welcome).
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certification from a DOLE‑accredited training provider.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site.
