Company Nurse

About the role

As the Company Nurse, you will be responsible for safeguarding the health and wellbeing of employees at Gothong Southern Careers' in Metro Manila. Reporting to the Head of HR, this full‑time role involves delivering medical care, health education and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine health check‑ups, administer first aid and provide emergency medical care.
• Monitor employee health and injury records, recommending preventive measures.
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers and insurance companies to facilitate efficient medical services.
• Organise and deliver health and safety training programmes for staff.
• Maintain a well‑stocked medical facility and manage inventory of medical supplies.
• Provide counselling and support on health‑related matters.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid Philippine nursing license.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a company nurse or in a similar healthcare role.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions in emergencies.
• Passion for promoting a healthy and safe work environment.
