Company Nurse

About the role

The Company Nurse provides primary medical care and health support to employees within the corporate environment. Reporting to the HR/Health department, the nurse ensures a safe and healthy workplace by delivering clinical services, health education, and emergency response.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑aid and emergency medical assistance to staff on‑site.
• Conduct routine health assessments, screenings, and vaccinations.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Provide health counseling, injury prevention advice, and wellness promotion.
• Coordinate referrals to external healthcare providers when necessary.
• Support HR initiatives related to occupational health, absenteeism, and return‑to‑work programs.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a corporate clinic, emergency department, or HR/administrative health setting (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both oral and written.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Compassionate, patient‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating system.
• Competence in standard office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
