About the role
The Company Nurse is responsible for safeguarding employee health and safety within the organization. This role involves developing health programs, assessing risks, and providing preventive and therapeutic care to staff members.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor health and safety programs tailored to the workplace.
- Assess health risks and recommend preventive measures to reduce illness and injury.
- Provide first‑aid, medical treatment, and follow‑up care for work‑related health issues.
- Maintain accurate health records for all employees and ensure confidentiality.
- Communicate health policies and updates effectively with management and staff.
Required profile
- BS Nursing degree.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates may have or lack prior experience.
