Company Nurse

About the role

SupportNinja is seeking a proactive and compassionate Company Nurse to lead onsite clinical and occupational health services at The Hideout in Clark, Pampanga. You will be the frontline champion for employee health, safety, and wellness, providing immediate medical care and promoting a healthy workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid, basic healthcare, and emergency medical attention to employees.
• Assess health conditions, determine treatment or referral, and follow nursing protocols.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage clinic inventory, medications, and medical supplies.
• Support occupational health programs, wellness initiatives, and health awareness campaigns.
• Develop and deliver health education, ergonomics, and disease‑prevention training.
• Collaborate with external healthcare providers, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with pre‑employment medical reviews and fitness‑to‑work clearances.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse license.
• Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule (6 am‑3 pm, 2 pm‑11 pm, 10 pm‑7 am).
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate employees on health topics.
• Experience in occupational health or corporate clinical settings is preferred.
