Company Nurse

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Company Nurse to provide occupational health services within an industrial environment in Cagayan de Oro. The role involves delivering first‑aid care, health assessments, and supporting safety initiatives for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site medical assistance and emergency first‑aid response.
• Conduct health screenings, vaccinations, and routine medical examinations.
• Assist with occupational safety and health programs, including risk assessments and incident reporting.
• Maintain accurate health records and prepare reports using MS Office tools.
• Deliver basic life support and first‑aid training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local OHS regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a valid professional nursing license.
• 1‑2 years of experience in an industrial or corporate setting; fresh graduates are also encouraged.
• Completed Occupational Safety and Health training is an advantage.
• First‑Aid training with Basic Life Support (BSL) from the Philippine Red Cross.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work full‑time, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM.
• Preferably residing in Cagayan de Oro.
