Company Nurse – Employee Health & Safety

About the role

The Company Nurse is responsible for safeguarding the health and safety of all employees. This position provides immediate medical care, manages health records, and supports wellness initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first aid and emergency medical treatment for workplace injuries or illnesses.
• Maintain and restock first‑aid kits and medical supplies in all locations.
• Assist in developing and implementing health and safety programs, including health assessments, vaccination drives, and wellness campaigns.
• Maintain confidential employee medical records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Promote preventive care through regular health checks, blood pressure monitoring, and mental‑health support.
• Identify workplace health risks, advise on ergonomic practices, and collaborate with safety committees.
• Develop emergency response plans and lead safety drills.
• Report health‑related activities and incidents to senior management.

Required profile

• Ability to provide first aid and emergency medical treatment.
• Capability to maintain accurate, confidential medical records.
• Experience conducting health assessments and wellness programs.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
