Community & Social Lead – Gaming & Entertainment

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Community & Social Lead to shape and grow our player community across the region. You will drive engagement through online programs, social media strategy, and offline activations, working closely with creators, ambassadors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage community programs that connect users, creators and partners.
• Partner with community ambassadors and local organizers to foster long‑term growth.
• Track, analyse and report community health, sentiment and engagement metrics.
• Own the social media strategy, adapting global content and creating locally relevant posts, videos and real‑time interactions.
• Plan and execute live events, meet‑ups and brand experiences, coordinating venues, vendors and partners.
• Collaborate with regional marketing, product, growth and operations teams to align initiatives with business goals.
• Gather and share community insights to inform product and marketing decisions.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in community management, social media or marketing for consumer or gaming brands.
• Proven ability to build and sustain online communities and drive authentic engagement.
• Strong writing skills, cultural fluency and deep knowledge of gaming and pop‑culture trends.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment with multiple approval layers.
• Analytical mindset with familiarity in social‑media and community metrics.
