Community Relations Supervisor

About the role

The Community Relations Supervisor will lead the company’s engagement with key stakeholders, including government agencies, host communities, and private sector partners. This role supports business objectives by fostering positive relationships and promoting the organization’s corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to engage government bodies, local communities, and private sector partners.
• Coordinate and oversee CSR programs that enhance the company’s public image and reputation.
• Act as the primary liaison for stakeholder inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Monitor and report on community feedback, regulatory developments, and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align community initiatives with overall business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Social Sciences; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in government relations, community work, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of CSR principles and stakeholder engagement.
