Community Operation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Community Operation Specialist to build and grow user communities across Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord and other local platforms in the Philippines. The role will drive engagement, growth and product feedback through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow user communities on multiple messaging and social platforms.
• Plan and execute community engagement activities, user campaigns, product testing and feedback programs.
• Recruit and manage seed users, power users and community advocates.
• Conduct market research, user interviews, competitor analysis and uncover local user insights.
• Collect and analyse user feedback and collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering to improve the product.
• Support product localisation, feature testing, launches and post‑launch evaluation.
• Drive user growth, engagement, retention and monetisation through data‑driven strategies.
• Track campaign performance and recommend continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in product operations, growth, product management, community operations or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine market, consumer behaviour and digital ecosystem.
• Proven experience in user growth, community engagement and product optimisation.
• Strong analytical, communication, project‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Filipino/Tagalog.
