Community Manager (AI Creators, Producers, Creatives & Filmmakers)

About the role

ReelShow is looking for a Community Manager to build, engage, and grow a vibrant community of AI creators, producers, filmmakers, writers, and other creative professionals. You will act as the bridge between ReelShow and its creator network, fostering collaboration and supporting the ecosystem around our content and production initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to attract new members and increase participation across Discord, Facebook Groups, and other platforms.
• Moderate community channels, ensuring a welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
• Organize and run discussions, challenges, contests, workshops, networking sessions, and virtual events.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries, feedback, and concerns while maintaining community guidelines.
• Identify high‑potential creators, facilitate collaborations with ReelShow, and gather feedback to improve programs.
• Create and publish announcements, updates, and promotional content that highlights community achievements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Partnerships, to develop programs that boost creator engagement and retention.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing creator or online communities, especially in AI, filmmaking, or content creation.
• Strong understanding of the needs of filmmakers, writers, and digital creators.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
