Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to comments, direct messages, mentions, and reviews with a professional tone.
• Monitor sentiment, trends, and feedback to drive positive engagement.
• Escalate customer concerns, technical issues, and sensitive cases to relevant internal teams.
• Support campaigns, promotions, giveaways, and events that boost community interaction.
• Assist in crisis management by identifying potential issues early and reporting risks.
• Foster meaningful interactions that enhance brand loyalty and community growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in community management, social media moderation, or customer engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a friendly, professional tone.
• Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations calmly.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and responsive.
