Community Engagement Specialist

About the role

LeadAdvisors is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to own and grow the brand’s presence on LinkedIn, Reddit, X and other relevant forums. This remote position requires an active participant who engages in conversations, not just broadcasts, and continuously refines strategy based on platform algorithms and community feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage LeadAdvisors’ active presence on LinkedIn, Reddit, X and niche communities, engaging in threads, comments and direct messages.
• Monitor brand mentions, industry keywords and competitor activity, surfacing opportunities for outreach.
• Plan, create and publish platform‑native content (posts, carousels, short‑form threads) aligned with the editorial calendar and campaign goals.
• Apply best‑practice timing, hashtags, tagging and posting cadence for each channel.
• Track engagement metrics, follower growth and content performance, reporting insights and recommending data‑driven adjustments.
• Collaborate with the Content Manager and Marketing Specialist on campaign execution and reputation‑management initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to assist with content ideation, drafting and workflow optimization.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing professional social‑media or community presence.
• Proven track record on LinkedIn, Reddit and X with a clear understanding of each platform’s algorithm and best practices.
• Comfortable using scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite), analytics dashboards and content‑management workflows.
• Self‑motivated remote worker who can operate independently, flag opportunities and report results without micromanagement.
