Community Development Project Support – 1 Year Contract

About the role

The Community Development Project Support role is a one‑year, project‑based position based in Makati. Working with Ayala Foundation, the incumbent will assist in planning, implementing and coordinating community development programmes that enhance resilience and inclusive growth across local barangays.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and follow project work plans aligned with Makati community development initiatives.
• Coordinate activities with the Makati LGU, DepEd, partner schools and barangay officials.
• Support delivery of events, workshops, trainings and technical assistance for stakeholders.
• Mobilise community members, facilitate participatory decision‑making and strengthen local groups.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, document milestones and prepare regular reports.
• Assist with administrative and financial processes such as request forms, disbursements and expense documentation.
• Maintain organized online and physical filing systems for project records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Social Work, Anthropology or a related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in community development, NGOs or related projects.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities with government units, schools and community partners.
