Communications Specialist – Content & Copywriting

About the role

As a Communications Specialist in the Engagement Studio team, you will manage communication delivery and account management for a portfolio of customers, creating employer‑brand communications that help employees access benefit technology.

Key responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of customers, liaising with internal departments and stakeholders to meet their communication needs.
• Understand customer requirements and deliver high‑quality copy, content and communication plans, providing recommendations as needed.
• Own execution of communication plans and offer troubleshooting support throughout the process.
• Create and review a wide range of communications, including brochures, posters, email campaigns, videos, leaflets, system‑generated content, and organise virtual webinars.
• Work with suppliers to deliver merchandise, video and print assets while following delivery and quality processes for consistent output.
• Collaborate with Communication Consultants and the in‑house design team to bring strategic communications to life.

Required profile

• Proven communications experience with writing across UK and US English.
• Client‑facing account management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience in the Technology/SAAS market is a plus.

• Salary ₱50,000‑60,000 plus ₱5,000 non‑taxable allowance.
