Communications Officer

About the role

The Communications Officer will support the planning and execution of Robinsons Malls' communications initiatives. Working closely with the mall marketing teams, the role involves content development, media coordination, and administrative support to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing communication plans and PR campaigns for Robinsons Malls.
• Draft press releases, media advisories, captions, articles, and other communication materials.
• Coordinate with mall marketing teams to gather information, photos, and campaign updates.
• Maintain the monthly PR calendar and monitor campaign timelines.
• Prepare media lists, distribute press materials, and coordinate media coverage.
• Manage influencer partnerships, including invitations, deliverables, and post‑event monitoring.
• Monitor media coverage, compile PR clippings, and report campaign results.
• Prepare monthly PR reports, media monitoring reports, and communications presentations.
• Maintain communications files, media databases, and other documentation.
• Perform additional communications and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in communications, PR or marketing.
• Familiarity with media relations, event management and social media is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to create visual content using Canva.
