Communications Manager

About the role

Globe is seeking a Communications Manager to shape and execute a comprehensive communications roadmap that elevates awareness, engagement, and thought leadership for its Intelligence and Digital Trust initiatives. You will ensure all messaging aligns with Globe’s culture, values, and brand across both internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop integrated communications strategies supporting AI, data, cybersecurity, and privacy priorities.
• Lead the creation of high‑impact content such as newsletters, executive messages, speeches, thought‑leadership articles, and campaign narratives.
• Translate complex technical initiatives into clear, audience‑centric communications.
• Maintain editorial standards, messaging frameworks, and brand guidelines across all channels.
• Oversee internal content production, including feature stories, executive updates, and organizational communications.
• Produce external thought‑leadership materials, media assets, and executive speaking engagements.
• Build strong partnerships with communications and business stakeholders to ensure consistent brand compliance.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, or content strategy.
• Proven track record developing executive communications and organizational messaging.
• Experience working across internal and external communication channels.
• Background in technology, digital transformation, AI, cybersecurity, or data communications is a plus.
